How to do it:

Soak 5 tablespoons of flaxseed in water overnight. To serve, add a pinch of cinnamon and, depending on your mood, add protein powder and / or flavordrops, nuts and other delicacies.

Then stir in an apple, a piece of mango and a few blueberries and lingonberries with the knuspur mango-pineapple crunchy muesli ... done and great in taste!
