This wonderful raw food cream is perfect for a dessert in a glass. You can also use it as a cake topping with a date and nut base. Deliciously fruity and creamy!


Vegan berry cream with knuspur topping

What you need:

• 200g cashew nuts (soaked for at least 4 hours)

• 30ml date syrup

• 70ml pureed berries, e.g. red gooseberries

• 30ml liquid coconut oil

• knuspur wild berries crunchy muesli


How it goes:

Drain the cashew nuts and mix with the remaining ingredients as finely as possible.
