What you need:
• 170g knuspur soy flaky granola
• 70g chopped almonds
• 40g agave syrup
• 50g sugar-free peanut butter
• sugar-free (vegan) chocolate; Taste at will
• sugar-free jam; Taste direction as desired
•a pinch of salt
How it goes:
Mix the crunchy granola, the chopped almonds, the agave syrup and the peanut butter with a pinch of salt until you have a solid mass. Put this mixture into mini muffin molds (depending on the mold size between 8 and 10 molds) and fill a small "nest" on top with a teaspoon of the sugar-free jam. Then leave it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
After freezing, put a layer of the sugar-free chocolate on top and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Finished!
The combination of the knuspur soy flaky granola with the peanut butter, the fresh jam and the creamy chocolate is simply heavenly. You have to try that!
