Banana porridge


Coconut-strawberry-banana porridge by             



What you need:

• 40g coarse multi-flakes

• 150ml water

• 75ml oat milk

• 80ml coconut milk (can)

• 1 pinch of salt and a little cinnamon

• 1/2 banana and 5 strawberries

• 1 teaspoon honey

• 2 slices of bacon

• 1 teaspoon chopped hazelnuts

• 1 teaspoon of cashew butter

• nB knuspur coconutty crunchy muesli


How it goes:

Roast the oat flakes in a pan until they smell fragrant. Then bring to the boil with the water, the oat milk and 75ml coconut milk and a pinch of salt until a creamy consistency is obtained.

A good porridge has to be stirred all the time at a high temperature ;-)

At the end stir 2 tablespoons of cold coconut milk into the porridge. At the same time, fry the 1/2 banana in slices in butter in a pan. At the end add a little honey, let it caramelize and sprinkle with cinnamon. Fry 2 slices of bacon. Mix 1 teaspoon of cashew butter with 4 teaspoons of coconut milk and top with the hazelnuts, strawberries, bananas, bacon and knuspur coconutty crunchy muesli. FINISHED!
