Rhubarb Brownies by @ monicab.ody.fit.food
What you need:
• 60g rhubarb
• 10g of water
• 20-25g Neapolitan whey
• 5g cocoa powder
• 2g flea seeds
• 10g sugar-free chocolate
• 40g knuspur pur cocoa crunchy muesli
• 30g egg white
• 10g of soda
• As you like: Flavor Drops, Nutnougat or Chocolat, a handful of berries
How it goes:
Cook the rhubarb and water in the MW until soft.
Add the Neapolitan whey, cocoa powder, flea seeds, chocolate, crunchy organic crunchy muesli to the rhubarb mixture and stir well.
Mix in the egg white, soda, flavor drops and fill everything into molds.
Bake at 200 ° C OU / approx. 15-20 min.
